  Summary:This study uses data from 42 countries between 2004 and 2014,Investigation on the influence of insurance influenced on Sahara Africa region。Research and applied three variables that reflect unequal -IChony coefficient、Atkinson Index and Parma ratio。We choose two insurance premiums for inspection,That is life insurance and non -life insurance,Empirical data。Life insurance can improve the Gini coefficient,Promoting life insurance has a net positive effect on the Gini coefficient and the Atkinson index。Non -life insurance will reduce the Gini coefficient,Increasing non -Life Insurance on Parma ratio has a net positive effect。Expand this analysis,Determine the policy threshold — to this threshold,Increasing insurance premiums will completely offset the net positive effect。From this expansion analysis, you can know,Life insurance premium 7.500 (percentage of GDP) is the critical amount of negative effects for the inflammatory situation of life insurance,instead of life insurance premiums 0.855 (percentage of GDP) is a threshold that has a negative impact on unequal conditions for non -life insurance。This study proposes a policy threshold,Insurance depth in these thresholds can reduce the income inequality in the African region southern Africa。[Translation of Zhang Dachuan]
