Globalism vs culture(s): a critique of transculturalism and the nj bet365, one culture globalist narrative in Africa

Content summary:Without a doubt，With the advancement of mass communication and technology，The phenomenon of transculturalism can be said to be really happening。But，This global phenomenon does not stem from advances in mass communication technology。Although the spread of the Internet and popular culture has become the most obvious example of interculturalism，But the phenomenon itself has a long history。At least as far as modern history is concerned，The current global (ism) world emerged with colonialism，Colonialism planted the seeds of cross-culturalism。It can be said，We are now tasting the fruit of that seed，It has taken root and grown into a towering tree，With branches and roots，It has penetrated into almost every level of human society。In addition to many other factors，The interconnectedness created by globalism and its process i.e. globalization creates interculturalism。Cultural globalization and interculturalism both share the ideological stance that the world is moving towards "nj bet365 culture"。This article attempts to criticize this view by raising the following two questions: (a) Is it possible that the whole world actually moves towards "oneness"？(b) If possible，Is this “nj bet365 culture” beneficial？This article is in the process of discussion，With special reference to the workings of interculturalism in the African context。[Translated by Yang Qiong]
