At present, Global Governance Targets Terrorism Via Four Regimes: Hegemonic Governance; Governance by International Organizations; Hybrid Governance; and C OOORDINATED GOVERNANCE BY Major Powers. To address both the symptoms and root causes of terrorism, International Society Should ENCOURAGE GOVERNCE Strategies that Implement Counter-Terrorism Measures Based On the Four Type Logic Above A ND Should Promote Coordination and Cooperation Based on this Platform. in this count, CHINA COULD Promote A More Significant Role in Global Terrorism Governance for Such Count-Terrorisms as the University, Including the Security Countcil, And the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
